Please confirm the item, colour and measurements before placing your order.

• 签收日起3天内可申请无理由退换货。
  Returns & exchanges may be requested within 3 days of receiving your parcel.
• Free Size 商品不接受因尺寸不合而退换。
  Free Size items are not exchangeable due to sizing/fit issues.
• 有尺码商品可申请更换尺码，来回邮费由顾客承担。
  Sized items may be exchanged for another size. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
• 收到包裹时请录制完整开箱视频。
  如遇破损、漏发或错发，售后处理必须提供完整开箱视频作为凭证。
  Please record a complete unboxing video. For damaged, missing or incorrect items, a complete unboxing video is required for after-sales assistance.
• 退换商品必须保持全新状态。
  商品不可穿过、洗过或使用过，必须无异味、吊牌未拆，所有标签及原包装完整，不影响二次销售。
  Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, free from odours, with all tags and original packaging intact, and remain in resalable condition.
• 轻微色差、线头及1–3cm测量误差不属于商品瑕疵。
  Slight colour differences, loose threads and 1–3cm measurement differences are not considered defects.

不符合以上退换条件的商品，恕无法受理。
Items that do not meet the above conditions will not be eligible for return or exchange.
